By using a touch-tone telephone at 1-877-678-1016 you can access your account 24-hours a day. In order to access your account information, you must first establish your personal identification number (PIN). Once that has been done, you will need only the social security number of the primary account holder and your PIN in order to access your account balances and account histories.
