We added additional security to your online and mobile banking login. When you login to online and/or mobile banking, you are required to change your username – it will no longer be your account number. Your new username must contain a combination of letters and numbers or be a valid email address, for example: name@example.com.

Here are some tips for creating a new username:

  • Do not use apostrophes ( ' )

  • Do not use account numbers

  • Usernames are not case-sensitive
